BRUSSELS (BEL) – CISM had the pleasure of hosting Colonel Florent Lavigne, Attaché de Défense at the French Embassy in Belgium, for an official visit to its headquarters in Brussels.
Colonel Lavigne was greeted by CISM Secretary General Navy Captain Roberto Recchia.
