In his speech, CISM President Colonel Nilton Rolim addressed the attendees: "We are honored to have your countries participating and showcasing the talents of some of the world's best military parachutists. Your determination and skills in performing formation skydiving blocks, style maneuvers, and accuracy tasks showcased the exchange of techniques and knowledge among athletes and coaches from different nations. You are the core of CISM."

President Nilton Rolim continued: "As someone who has been involved in sports for many years, I understand the importance of the special support from the FAI Skydiving Commission (ISC) President, Mr. Alberto Martin Paracuellos, and the PCSC Parachuting in building strong and lasting relationships. We are very proud of the new records and high technology programs established for CISM and ISC. It is our shared belief that sports can bring people together, and we must live our motto 'Friendship through Sport.'
