Official visit of H.E. Ambassador Aidit Erkin to CISM Headquarters

BRUSSELS (BEL) - The CISM Headquarters had the honor of welcoming H.E. Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Kingdom of Belgium and Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, Mr. Aidit Erkin, yesterday, September 23. The Ambassador was accompanied by the 1st Secretary of the Embassy, Mr. Nurlan Suerkulov.

Upon their arrival, they were warmly received by CISM Secretary General Navy Captain Roberto Recchia and Academic Director Lieutenant-Commander Florentia Sfakianou. The visit began with a formal presentation on CISM’s mission, values, and global activities, delivered by Secretary General Recchia.

Kyrgyzstan, a CISM Member Nation since 1995, has long been an integral part of the organization. One of the key objectives of the Ambassador’s visit was to discuss Kyrgyzstan's participation in CISM, aiming to strengthen ties and promote further collaboration in military sports diplomacy.

This visit marks an important step in fostering continued engagement and cooperation between CISM and Kyrgyzstan in the years to come.
