Dear Chiefs of Delegation,

May I be allowed to express my heartfelt appreciation and to thank you very sincerely for the confidence you have placed in me for a second time as Secretary General of CISM.

This is an honor for me and my country. I accept my reelection and promise to fully commit myself again in order to accomplish my job.

I hope that together, we shall work in harmony and solidarity in order to better manage our organization: CISM!

C'est un véritable honneur pour mon pays et moi-même. J'accepte ma réélection et promets à nouveau de m'engager pleinement pour accomplir mon travail.
