AMSTERDAM (NED) – For the third day of competition at the 10th WMC Golf, spectators could attend spectacular changes in the ranking, especially in the men’s competition.
Raphael Barcellos (BRA), who was ranked 4th at the end of Day 2, realized an impressive third course (68, -4 under the par) and managed to take the 1 place of the provisional podium (total score: 210). His teammate Daniel Stapff also showed his great skills and finished the day with a -5 score (67).
Thanks to this performance, Daniel Stapff moved from the 7th place to the 2nd place with a total score of 211. Despite his unfortunate experience yesterday (he was stung by an insect hidden in his glove and his hand doubled in size), Rodrigo Lee (BRA) played one shot under the par (71) and succeeded in keeping his third place with a total of 212 shots. The big surprise of the day is the downward spiral of Sebastian Kannler (GER), leader after two rounds and who is now ranked 9th after a disastrous 3rd course (80, +8) with a total score of 218. In the gentleman team competition, Brazil is still leading with 849 shots, 35 shots ahead of Pakistan (884) and 41 shots ahead of the US team.

The third step of the podium is occupied by Magdalena Ramirez (USA) finished the 3rd round with a score of 79 (+7) and a total score of 233.
In the ladies team competition, Brazil (448) is also leading the provisional ranking with a 35-shots lead ahead of the US team (483). France is completing the podium with a total score of 489.
