German Athlete Likes Postcards

WUHAN (CHN) - On October 19, German triathlon competitor Robert Wimmer browsed in the post office of the Athletes' Village for Wuhan scenery postcards.

The set he bought featured scenery from the Yellow Crane Tower, Guqin Terrace, and East Lake. Workers there told him the famous story about Yu Boya and Zhong Ziqi in English, explaining to him that in China, a friend that understands you well is considered a best friend.

Robert bought the postcards and said he wanted people in his hometown to know how cool Wuhan is. He grinned and said he would send them to his family and girlfriend.
