Visit of the Chinese Mission to the European Union at the CISM HQ

BRUSSELS (BEL) – Today, May 15, the CISM Secretary General, Colonel Dorah Mamby Koita, and its staff welcomed the representatives of the Chinese Mission to the European Union, led by Senior Colonel Qin Yao, from the Military Department, Ms. Yan Wang, Minister Counsellor for Science and Technology, and Mr. Weimin Che, Minister Counsellor for Education, as well as their respective staff at the CISM Headquarters in Brussels.

This meeting took place in the framework of the preparation of the 7th CISM World Military Games that will be held this year in Wuhan, China, from 18 to 27 October.

After a brief introduction of the CISM and its activities, the Chinese delegates had the opportunity take part in a Q&A session in order to have a detailed overview of the International Military Sports Council.

The visit came to an end with a gift exchange between the CISM Secretary General Colonel Dorah Mamby Koita and Senior Colonel Qin Yao, from the Military Department.
